Our role can sometimes include acting as a joint or sole member of the management board on the basis of a proxy or power of attorney. In this way we will assume the duties and liabilities for running the business on a day-to-day basis and ensure compliance with local legal and accounting requirements. We can provide this role on either a temporary basis if you need to set up quickly, or on the basis of long-term cooperation.
